The check in process was very confusing but the visa

I stayed at this hotel in Jacksonville, and while the room was clean, overall it was a disappointing experience. Both TVs were broken, and when I mentioned it, staff didn’t seem to care. The breakfast was very basic, and the room lacked essential amenities. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, and they did provide a convenient ride to the airport. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again unless some major improvements were made.

Very clean! This is a well maintained and managed hotel, the staff was always pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the pool. Also it was convenient to have a breakfast buffet each morning! We stayed for a week and we were happy! One thing I didn't like was the room safe being on the floor, I couldn't use it because of that!
