Nice property expected it to be much more upscale for a W hotel but the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast however was VERY salty. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a great location. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Pleasant staff. Be aware, the sirens, noises on the streets, beeping, loud motorcycles are so loud they keep you up at night. Bring earplugs!

The property is in impeccable shape as was our room. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The green and orange T lines are within short walking distance. A number of great places to eat from casual to fine dining. I would certainly stay at this property in the future.

The W was next door to Nick's Comedy Stop an amazing place to see comedy legends like Annie Powell. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Great food choices all in walkable distance. Only con was that it was a bit pricey.
