Room was clean, staff is friendly. Finding parking each night wasn’t a hassle, stayed in a single studio. Had a stove, microwave, full sized fridge and a dishwasher. Was perfect size! Super close to downtown Salem too!

The staff was watching shows and looking on their phone instead of checking us in and it was very awkward, she was showing us different things on her phone and we were tired from the road trip and just wanted to rest. Other than that, its a decent sized apartment-like room, nice kitchen but the over looked broken, bed was nice and spacious

I was amazed at how nice the staff was especially Asia who works checking people in! She was so sweet and willing to do whatever she can to help. The rooms were so clean and very quiet as well. This is my new go to hotel, when I need one!! Thanks to all the staff who were friendly and helpful.

Clean room, spacious . Coffee machine at the lobby would’ve been great except that they ran out of cups . We came back the following morning to get coffee , still no cups . Asia who checked us is was vey nice! Give her a raise or a promotion ! She’s awesome ! We like the room and the kitchenette , well equipped . Two things we had as issues : the drain for bath tub is too slow to empty. I don’t think it’s hygienic . We have to take mins of break in between taking a bath . And there were 5 of us in the family , they only provided 3 towels . As instructed upon check in, if we ever need additional stuff like coffee cups or towels , we have to get it to the reception desk . I had to cross to the other building to ask only to find out from another staff , probably the evening desk person that they don’t have any towels anymore to offer . 3 towels for 5 people . Other than that , wirh 1 night stay it was ok . The beds were comfortable , the area us huge and 3 TVs , full kitchen . It’s just my fair take on it. And oh for info , there’s no elevator . We stayed on the second level so it was not such a hassle plus we only had smaller luggage to carry .

Candlewood Suites is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Danvers. It’s clean, comfortable, and just a bit off the beaten path. Having a kitchen means that, although there are many good places to eat in the area, I’m not entirely chained to restaurants. Thanks for another good trip.
