Loved the breakfast, except for the sausage sandwiches for 3 straight days. We were there for almost a week. 😅 Parking is a pain because when there is no parking, we have to walk across the street to the parking structure. Staff was generally friendly. I wanted to give a 4 but I didn't want the rest to be affected because of a 1 or 2 who were less than friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good overall. The only issue was housekeeping. We stayed at the hotel for four nights but received room cleaning only once. This was not communicated to us by the front desk when we checked in. Additionally, whenever we requested towels, we had to wait more than an hour for them to be delivered.

This was a great property that was quiet and clean. There is plenty of food and shopping around you. And you can access the T from a bridge in the parking garage across the street. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with lots of options. They even had a sign saying they can work with food allergies (although I didn’t ask since I knew as a gluten free person I could eat the eggs). Our room was a good size and we had a kitchen with a full size fridge. I would recommend staying here if you want a place outside of downtown Boston, especially if you have a car with you.
