The staff went above and beyond for my family! We had a vehicle that was too tall for most parking garages in Boston and they took the time to help us research where we could find overnight parking! Would highly recommend! They are also fully renovating so the hotel is nice and clean! Staff were amazing!!!! Ps make sure your vehicle is 6” or under because if not parking is difficult in Boston

Property under construction and dusty messy from construction. Shouldn’t be open yet for guests. Especially at $400 for one night. Room didn’t have updated climate control. It was too warm. No water refill stations or water in lobby. Housekeeping knocked on our door very early on our checkout morning and asked what time we would be leaving. So many better choices to stay in Boston!

I discovered The Midtown Hotel during my trip to Boston and was amazed by its great value! With an average rate of just $200 per night, I initially expected a less ideal location or outdated facilities, but it exceeded my expectations. The subway station is only a 3 minute walk away, and most attractions are within 30 minutes. A special shout-out to Jonas at the front desk—his warm and welcoming service truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers who don’t want to compromise on convenience and quality!

Not only was the heater not working but they had no solutions for it. Basically, deal with it until it’s fixed (which happened on night 3 of 3 nights). They also refused to give us drinking water because we wouldn’t allow them into our rooms. The staff (I only dealt with afternoon/night) lacked all manner of hospitality.

We would never stay there again and had a hose out the front door on the side boxes that you could see in the window when you pulled up. It looked nothing like what it should look like from the pictures that were on Expedia then when you go in, there’s their under construction it was old torn curtains in the hallways carpet carpets were filthy dirty nobody nobody vacuumed there are people working in the small hallways during the day there’s no elevator working. Have you ever had? Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.

The hotel is being renovated, the smoke detectors in our hallway were all covered with plastic bags. The elevator was directly across the hall from our room and it was not working so it was ringing all night which we could hear in our room. Our room was not finished, our TV was not connected to any cable and did not have any streaming services. For the money we spent for one night it was truly not worth it.

Our room did not have heat and only had hot water in the early morning. We talked to the staff about the heat and hot water, they knew there was no heat and could only offer us one an extra blanket. When we mentioned the lack of hot water, they said they didn't know why that would be and would send someone to check, but never did. Our tv did not work either, but they did send someone to fix. The room was okay, but the wiring and the 'band aid' they put over the wiring was not good at all. With the set up they had we had to choose whether to have the tv or refrigerator plugged in. We did move the power strip to have the ability to plug in both at the same time, but lost some of lighting as a result.

The hotel is located in a great spot and it was easy to get around, but there were some things lacking. The hotel is fairly clean, but could certainly use an update. Getting in and out of the parking deck was overly complicated. Vending machines were empty and a general lack of amenities.
