We enjoyed staying at the Lenox Hotel because of its proximity to Newbury Street, the Public Gardens, Hynes Center, shopping and restaurants. The Hotel has a classic feel with a nice bar and restaurant off the beautiful lobby.

This was an amazing stay, from entering the gorgeous lobby, to the lovely quiet spacious room w view of the Boston Marathon finish line and memorial. The bar was fun at night after having dinner up the road...but Lenox restaurant looked amazing too. Check-in staff and hotel security staff were all friendly and helpful. Chocolates on our pillow on arrival was a real treat!

Very clean, safe and centrally located. We had children with us and they were doted on. Which is nice sometimes hotels aren’t so accommodating to kids. But they made them feel special. Every staff member we spoke to was kind, and incredibly helpful. We will stay there again when in Boston.
