The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and the bed was absolutely wonderful. The staff are friendly and polite without being overbearing. However, you can hear every word from the guest in the rooms next to you. While having the HVAC system on does drown out the noise from the neighboring rooms, the system itself is loud and intolerable.

Beautiful hotel - intimate and old world - but the service really shines. I especially want to commend Rochelle for finding my daughter a gluten-free bagel and Queenie for finding my other daughter’s makeup bag and arranging to have it shipped back to me in LA! Thank you!!
