Clean room and linens, great location and comfortable bed. Only complaint is the street noise and sounds from residents in upstairs apartment which was kind of loud. All things considered I’d stay again as it was a good value spot

Overall clean room. Area that the property was in, was close to a station. This property is near a fire station so it was quite hard to sleep through it on the first night. The walls are quite thin so you can hear everytime when someone is trying to go down the stairs. They did respond to my texts fast but the first phone number that reached out to via text was not the same phone number that was indicated in the email with the check in instructions. However the other numbers provided worked as well when I messaged them. So it was quite confusing to know which phone number I should be reaching out to for any questions. Overall, I found the phone number that was not indicated in the email as a contact number the fastest in responding. Overall this is a good spot for short term stays

Overall had a great experience here. Took just a couple minutes texting the host to get the check in information that was to be emailed- but they sent it pretty quickly when I said it wasn't sent yet. I didn't need anything else from the host. It was clean and overall pretty nice! The stairs you take to get up to the room are pretty loud, so I woke up one time when other people got home to other rooms during my stay, but that was it! Overall good. I was there for a holiday weekend so the price was a little higher than I think it could have been, but overall it was a great experience and was super close to a blue bike parking area. We used the bikes to get back and forth to areas when we didn't need to use a car or uber with our luggage. A reliable place to stay!

The room was both well appointed and gorgeous. The location was just what I'd hoped for, enough city energy to feel the vibe but not so much that it lacked peace in the evening. Really cool neighborhood, close to restaurants doing high level cuisine. I had a question for the staff that was answered quickly and received a follow up to double check I had gotten what I needed. This is a spot worth revisiting.

For a first visit to Boston, it was excellent. My daughter and I had a great time, though we could have used more time. The Concord Hotel isn't really a "hotel"—it feels more like a studio—but it is very cozy. It’s right in the middle of everything. There are various transportation options, though we didn't get to explore all of Boston. Just on our first day, when we arrived, we took a free bus and the free Orange Line, then walked five blocks to the hotel... We’ll be back soon to visit Boston and Salem!

The building is not new. Hallway was musty. Boxes in the entry way. People sitting on the front stoop smoking, Dirty wash cloth on the stair railing. Management company only communicated via text and wasn't very friendly at all. I would not stay there again.

Very good location! And clean building and the room. Check in process definitely needs to have more details - specifically your room#, as its a 4story building Communication was on top, they are really looking forward to solve your request.

This was an awful experience. They don't have a reception and I didn't see it anywhere in the listing that was the case so you can't check in and drop luggage off early if you need to. Be warned. They don't have a working contact number and don't reply to any communication emails. I tried many times to contact them to no avail. Steer clear.
