Mathew, at the front desk, was fantastic. He gave us great restaurant ideas where the locals ate. He made sure we had good directions and was just a pleasure to talk to. The breakfast was very good and we loved the quaint style of the room.

Everyone's was very friendly special the hotel manager Gabriela and the lady Liliana who served our breakfast, we really recommend to book with breakfast included. The hotel is a boutique hotel, very fashioned and in the meddle of everything. Boston is an nice town and have a lot of thinks to do. The room was clean, the A/C was working good, thank all the stuff for the all hard working.

A solid basic hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable, great mattress + pillows. AC dealt well with high temps and humidity. Great water pressure. Staff is friendly, location cannot be beat. Be aware that the neighborhood gets noisy when there are big events at the Garden; that's unavoidable.
