Our room was beautiful & clean! The staff were very polite and helpful. We parked across the street in self parking which was $40 a night which I thought was a little steep, but I’m also guessing the hotel doesn’t set that price since it is also public garage. As for breakfast, you got good size serving but I thought the prices were pretty high… $9 for 2 slices of toast. We ate there just the one time. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is the best feature. Across the street from Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. Very central to the sites of Boston. Downs- little to no amenities and only one elevator working making for long waits with no stair access.

Location is perfect. The hotel has seen better days with the interior. The refrigerator in the room was unusable and when I questioned it they said if I wanted one it would cost $20 a night unless used for medication use. They also said they were going to be renovating so that’s why the refrigerator was not on. I thought that was ridiculous. We have stayed here a few times but not sure about going back.

This is an old hotel that is blessed with a great location. The ladies at the front desk and their service is absolutely dismal. The hotel and rooms are old but I got a large room somehow, did I mention the ladies at the front desk treat you horribly? They lack training , they know it, but they don't need to improve it I guess. The adjacent restaurant is also very bad , bad food, and their service is also subpar. I probably would look for another property next time I am in Boston.
