Location was good being right across the street from Faneuil Hall. Rooms need some updating. Wallpaper was starting to peel and the bathroom pocket door was off its track so very difficult to close. Lobby is lovely and the staff were helpful.

Hotel is located in a great part of Boston and very convenient to airport and sights. We had an issue with the heat in the room and stag was very responsive and immediately checked on the heating unit - it couldn’t be fixed, so they moved us to another room very quickly. All staff were professional and very pleasant!

The room was nice but we had multiple issues with electronics being disconnected. They sent up the engineer and resolved both issues fairly quickly. We also noticed some housekeeping mistakes over our stay, specifically food on the carpet on one side of the bed and empty body wash in the shower. All these issues where fairly small but with that being said in the future we will probably just stay somewhere else.
