What’s good is that parking fee of $25 is reasonable for Boston and there is onsite parking. The staff is friendly. There is coffee and tea 24x7 and free breakfast in the morning. The rooms are dated and need a lot of work. The floor in my room was sticky. The chain lock on the door didn’t work. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Overall for a night in passing, it was ok.

The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Needed a place to stay after a Red Sox Game (they won...). Simple, large room - clean and comfortable. Front desk guy was personable and helpful and even offered us home made cookies (a hotel amenity). Our stay was quiet and uneventful (a good thing). Breakfast was amazing and free - eggs, pancakes, sausage english muffins, and more. Shower was a little wonky, but functional. Would stay there again.

Stayed at The Boston Hotel during a solo trip and had a really good experience. The location is super convenient, with Whole Foods just a short walk away and everything felt very safe, even in the evening. The hotel itself is older, but nicely updated, and my room had new furniture and felt very clean and comfortable. The staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming. Great value for the location — I would definitely stay again.
