Very nice comfy spot, only issue I had was the cord for the little desk fan didn’t work. Great spot other than that. Little pricey but it was Memorial Day weekend. Quiet and there were no interactions with any staff due to it all being through phone it was contactless

The bathroom was small but functional and had nice touches like shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower and a makeup specific washcloth. I was stay in room 20 in the basement area, unfortunately the noise of the water being drawn into the heating system was every 60 sec. Which made my first night not a good one until I got done ear plugs. There’s no way I could stay in this room longer than 2 nights. The property was otherwise good and in a great location for me.

Customer services was excellent, despite being completely virtual. Only issue was the sofa bed - it wasn’t cleaned. When we opened it up there were crumbs and food in between the cushions and in the sofa bed. Everything else was spotless. Just sad as we needed the extra bed lol.
