This hotel is beautiful. The location is great, many restaurants and connected to two high end malls. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will stay there each time we visit Boston. Clean, comfortable beds, very nice staff.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. When we checked into the room (an hour past the check-in time), there were dirty dishes and wine glasses outside the door as well as a displaced, hanging light fixture in the entry…a fixture that was not flush and secured into the ceiling. When I told the front desk, they were very apologetic and appreciated being told. A beautiful hotel and really great staff. Very centrally located!
