Before we even walked in, there were multiple groups of people smoking right by the main doorway, you could smell it throughout the lobby When we got to the room, it seemed fine but when we opened the sofa bed there were bedbugs, alive, on the mattress. The front desk clerk was nice, clearly overwhelmed at being the only person on staff on a busy Saturday night, but he was accommodating and kind despite the incident. We were refunded our money and at 8:30 pm on the weekend of the Boston Marathon, had to find another place to stay.

First room we had the toilet flooded but the staff was amazing. They moved us rooms and made sure the new rooms had functioning toilets. The staff were phenomenal! Even when they worked long hours always provided amazing service.
