The fireplace in my room was damaged and I felt unsafe using it. which is one reason I rented that room. My door did not lock correctly and when I tried to open it the next morning, I was stuck in the room for about 5 mins till I could get it open. The railing in the elevator was damaged, and the rugs were dirty

The service of the staff was great, the breakfast choices were better than expected, bed linens were very nice, but the rooms are old and mostly outdated, the mattress seemed old, the couch and chair were old and uncomfortable, were talking decades old in a hotel that is unacceptable. The rooms were clean but my daughter was bothered by rust stains in the bathroom shower and behind the commode, the shower curtain hung down into the bathtub which was gross. The room suite format was the only thing that kept us there, will not go back.

So cute. Lovely layout. Several separated spaces to study, eat, sleep etc. Windows open, fresh air is great. Great modern shower. Great breakfast.

Although, we were pleased with the hotel's location, as well as the complementary breakfast, we noticed that the rugs were dirty and the rug inside the elevator needs to be replaced. Also, most of the times, during the day but most concerning at night, the hotel recepcionist was away from the front desk. Only once when we got late at the hotel, we had to use the hotel key card to get inside the hotel.

The property was convenient for my purposes. Next time I stay there I will be requesting a room not located on the first floor as it was very noisy.
