The staff and accommodations +++ Traveling for surgery with my mother, having a broken wrist, and her special needs client, we were greeted Our rooms were incredibly comfortable and although the pool was out of order due to maintenance, my stay allowed me to heal and have a relaxed state of mind throughout all the other issues that had arisen during my visit to MGH.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food items, with cold and hot foods. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and safe. The hotel was 9 miles from the airport but there was heavy traffic in the area so allow extra time to get to the airport. There was a shortage of restaurants in the area.

We booked a king bed but got 2 twin beds. Desk was too busy to complain. Right on route 1 but a bit tricky to access. Awful traffic. Breakfast was basic.

Guy at desk for check in was friendly and quick during check in, no complaints there. Room was kinda dingy tho and the bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The pillows were small square bricks basically. I travel alot all over the country and these were some of the worst. The cost was much cheaper than downtown but that's really all this hotel had going for it unfortunately.

I will definitely be coming back. Location is very safe and quick 15-20 min drive to Boston. The rooms were clean and staff was nice. Definitely stay here if you want an affordable nice hotel. There was also hot breakfast!
