My husband and I spent 2 nights. The hotel is beautiful and historic. The staff is very welcoming and super helpful. The location is perfectly situated in a lovely area with easy access to cafes, shopping and transportation. I would most definitely stay here again!

Great hotel and great location!! The staff was wonderful and we appreciated the free water as well. We were able to easily walk to Boston Common, Beacon Hill and the freedom trail. An easy uber trip to/from the airport, Salem, the North End, and anywhere else you want to go. Definitely would recommend!!

We booked two rooms and requested connecting, but they weren't available when we checked in. They arranged two rooms next to each other instead, which worked ok because our kids are older, but it would've been frustrating with younger kids. Rooms were nice and very comfortable, and we found the location to be convenient for walking and taking the subway. Overall, a great stay.

Great place. Everyone was very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 11:00 am to drop off the bags. My intention was to leave the luggage at the hotel and find a place where I could work for few hours. The lady at the reception was very kind and found a room available, gave me an upgrade and allowed me to check in right away. She also gave me recommendations on what to do and where to go to enjoy a fabulous meal. The place is in a great location, was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Our stay was exceptional. Nick at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Also the other staff. Our first night the bell boy ga e us ideas where to eat. The hotel itself is very beautiful. Well maintained. In a very nice neighborhood. Close to the public garden, copley square, copley plaza, Newbury street and prudential center. We loved our stay at AKA and will be back for sure!

Great location for city trip. Really liked the bikes at the hotel and friendly staff. Was a bit less happy with the room as such. Noisy as in could hear my neighbors, but also from air conditioning and the refrigerator. Bathroom appeared old. Shower in bathtub not great. Found it too expensive for the room provided.
