Hotel AKA Back Bay was one of my favorite hotel stays. Every staff member was genuinely friendly, the property was exceptionally clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I never once wished I were sleeping in my own!

Great location, clean hotel, and friendly staff. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. My only complaint is the parking fee—it’s quite expensive, especially considering you’re already paying to stay at the hotel. Overall, though, we had a pleasant stay.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that the main entrance is not accessible, so if you have a stroller, wheelchair, or luggage that makes stairs difficult, you’ll need to use the side entrance. It wasn’t a problem for us at all, but it’s useful to know in advance. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again!

Great hotel and great location!! The staff was wonderful and we appreciated the free water as well. We were able to easily walk to Boston Common, Beacon Hill and the freedom trail. An easy uber trip to/from the airport, Salem, the North End, and anywhere else you want to go. Definitely would recommend!!
