My entire five day stay, they never cleaned my room, despite the fact that I asked them repeatedly to clean it. I went to the bar, and the bartender was drunk. The hotel front desk staff were extremely nice.

Breakfast was great. When they ask if you would prefer a room that is quieter because there may be a band I highly recommend you take the quieter room. The staff was incredibly helpful! The food from the restaurant was delicious and our room was clean and quiet, all amenities worked. The breakfast buffet though on a small scale was professionally prepared thoughtfully and the french toast out of this world! We could go on and on about the food at this place! SO GOOD! The Bar was popping with locals and others alike such a good happy vibe with incredible views of the water! The commute between Boston and surrounding took less time than we thought and what a great neighborhood surrounding! Safe and upscale! The only drawback was a car dealership obviously uses the parking lot and spots were limited as a result! I hope they compensate the Inn for that! 5 STARS! Can I give 10? Highly recommend! We will be back!

They were obviously cutting costs! Everything was bare minimum or less. No microwave, beds were situated where only one bed could see the TV, ice machine didn't work, provided toiletries weren't sufficient to bathe a mouse, musty smell, no blankets on beds, heat/AC filters needed changed, restaurant/lounge had a lot to be desired (one bartender, no waitstaff, limited takeout type meals), and then I was overcharged, which I am disputing with my credit card company. I could go on....the view was nice

The hotel was fine. Nothing special, but perfect for what we needed. The only bummer was it was supposed to include breakfast and since they had a chest tournament in the breakfast room that morning they did not offer for breakfast. They did offer a continental breakfast of coffee, tea, and muffins but we still would’ve appreciated the breakfast that was advertised. But if you need a hotel in a great location in Wakefield, this is a good option!
