This place is a little gem, sits right on a small lake and has a wonderful swimming pool. I was surprised how close to the highway it was, but it was quiet and very conveniently located to many shops/restaurants. My bff and I wanted a less expensive option while meeting up in Mass for a girls weekend, and it didn't dissapoint. Free breakfast was really good. Only downside was that the hotel is a bit outdated...but if you can look past that, it's a great find.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location with beautiful views of the lake. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. Coffee was avaliable 24/7. This hotel was oneof the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even the people(locals) at the bar were very nice! It was only 20 min to Boston. The town of Wakefield is really cute, had dinner at Sakura, staff was very friendly and the Sushi was great! Can't wait to go back.

The staff were very helpful. Even helped me chase down an opportunistic spider who wanted to spend the night. But seriously they were consistently friendly. The breakfasts are also very good with variety of foods. My only suggestion is that the room I was in desperately needed somewhere besides the bed to put a suitcase.
