Staff was great and very helpful. Location was good, lots of restaurants and T station within walking distance. Free shuttle to airport was a plus. The room was good size and bed was comfortable. We were disappointed with the cleanliness, the carpet was gross feeling, it was like soap got left in it and dried. It was fine for a 2 night stay and an early ride to the airport.

This was a decent place to stay in the greater Boston area. A bit inconvenient to get places via public transit. Breakfast was ok. Lacked variety. Only white toast and blueberry muffins, for example. We could hear our neighbors through the walls. But room was clean, shower was hot, elevators were fast, coffee was always available. A decent option!
