It is an older property, but well maintained. Service was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Parking was free and convenient. Now if they could do something about Boston traffic . . .

Liked: Staff & service
This hotel is very tired and in need of a renovation. However, the location is good and it was sufficient for a place to sleep. Staff was very friendly and pre-checkin made that process super fast. Lots of parking for free. 10 minutes walk to restaurants, shops and the train station. Easy and quick train ride to downtown. I thought it was overpriced for the condition but all hotels in Boston seemed very expensive.

The staff are ever so helpful, accommodating. The shuttle great. Breakfast wonderful. Now corporate ….. loosen the purse strings and update this place / the carpets are dingy, the staging and furniture in room is misplaced and cumbersome. The internet totally sucks.

The front desk staff that check us in was rude and not very helpful. Put the rest of the staff were cordial. The free breakfast provided every morning is delicious, they have a make your own waffle station. The 24 hour coffee is a plus for us.

The staff were very professional and helpful and the beds were surprisingly comfy, but the facilities are in desperate need of a remodel! The carpets are stained and the hallways smell funky. We were only there briefly before our early flight, thankfully, but any longer of a stay would not have been desirable.

The hotel can use some tlc, but overall it's gr8 location (metro/train directly to downtown boston in just a couple of minutes, shopping area with lots of stores) was more important. Nice breakfast and free use of washer and dryer.
