The room was nice and cold when we first walked in which was so nice on a hot day. Everything was very clean and the shower was really nice and new. We were only here as an overnight stay while on a road trip but it was definitely a great decision to stay here!

Staff was really friendly, some details could have been better: there were areas that seemed to be under repair with wood, paint buckets, the room door deadbolt did not engage and unfortunately the area right above my room was high foot traffic, other than that the hotel accomplishes its purpose and it is relatively close to the airport.

Convenient location to Boston and Salem. Overall, the room was pleasant and remodeled. We did encounter 2 separate nights where stomping and rolling of the desk chair in the room above us went on till 2am. When notifying the front desk they insisted that there was no room above us. Would recommend for a short and reasonable priced stay.

The motel was neat and efficient. They charged a $150 security deposit after the cost of the room which was extreme. Besides that, it was a nice stay. Breakfast choices were decent and there was plenty of parking.

When I first arrived the hotel (actually motel even though its listed as a hotel) did not look as it did in the photo. But the room itself was clean and up to date as well as the bathroom besides a few hairs on some towels. I wasnt able to try the free breakfast but the staff was pretty nice. Yet I only received $40 out of my $50 deposit so...

The only thing I did not like was the freezer in the fridge. I should have been cleaned out. There wasn't much variety with breakfast. However, the room was immaculate! It was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. We stayed because of a college visit and will stay again if she decides to attend school nearby.

Got a dirty room that was clearly not cleaned recently. Asked for a different room and got one that reeked from smoke smell covered by some nasty perfume spray. Found a dead bug on the floor. Maintenance bad. I will never go back there. Staff was nice and friendly
