The room was clean. The young lady who was on our floor taken care of the rooms was extremely friendly. I don’t think we got the deluxe room like we have paid for it. There was no city view. But would I stay there again most definitely

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The hotel overall is very cute. We had additional charges for being close to TD Garden ($40) which were not included in the original cost of the room and valet left our car parked in the middle of traffic creating a traffic jam for the one way road it is on. We had expected better attention for the $70 overnight parking fee with valet. Without a garage available this is the only option as overnight parking on the street is not allowed. The hotel is close to some small markets but does not have much to offer in terms of snacks or beverages if you are traveling and not expecting to run right out.

The place is awesome. Great staff rooms very nice and spotless. If you are going to an event at TD Garden this is the place to stay. Super close to everything, North end is a 10 min walk. I suggest Pagliuca Ristorante great food small family place.
