The rooms were nice and the location on the water was lovely. The bar downstairs was a nice spot to grab a drink. The cons - The showers had some mold and mildew. It would also have been nice to have had bottled water in the room.

Excellent hotel in downtown Boston. Convenient to South Station, shopping and restaurants. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are exceptionally clean. The hotel bar and patio are great for relaxing after a long day sightseeing. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The care they provide in all aspects of their staff and amenities. Room was perfect and food was great. It was perfect except for the beach, there was no beach sand and too many rocks. I would definitely go back though! Great vacation!

Great stay! So well located we were able to walk to every attraction we had planned for this trip. And the staff… wow… from the bellhop Jose, Charlie’s welcoming face at the front desk and, Joual always delivering our room service with a smile on his face. Honestly, the staff at IHG Boston is top notch! The room was spacious and clean, we had full control of the HVAC, the internet was not spotty topped by an excellent view of the Boston Tea Party Museum!

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Nothing about the hotel is 5 star except the staff. The room was tired, old, and lacked basic amenities that you would expect in a 5 star property, like pillow top mattresses. The location is great with easy access to everywhere.

Great location Great room service Clean Service wonderful Starbucks is moving in next door Nice Bed quiet, but noise from street if that is where your room is...facing. but....better towels needed, better toilet paper, better pillows, and the room orientation with a sliding window into the rest of the room from the bathroom....When I am paying top dollar, I expect top dollar things.
