Room was very nice with gorgeous views of the harbor. Construction going on around the hotel was a little distracting to look at. The staff was helpful and accommodating and we had breakfast in the café which was delicious and reasonably priced. We left our car parked while we explored the city bc parking is rough in Boston proper. Ubers were a little more expensive bc of the tunnel nearby but still best option.

The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. The concierge also held my checked bag while I traveled to Switzerland for the week. The room was clean and comfortably. The Harbor view was amazing. The shuttle was a blessing and so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again when traveling to/through Boston. Also theres an ATM on site which is an added bonus.

The service of the staff was 5-star: I arrived at the hotel last-minute as the restaurant (w/beautiful harbor views) was closing —> Drinks and coffee appeared like magic, and a burger and fries were charred for me. (Carlos even remembered the mustard, TY!) Did I mention I asked for early check-in? Not a problem for Nancy. When I left the next morning, Chad at the first desk kept me company until the very-convenient shuttle arrived. It’s good to hear what’s going on in Boston. When I stay here, I feel someone will take care of me if I need something.

Beautiful view of the harbor and cityscape. Negatives are the 25 daily “resort fee” which essentially entitles you to a bowl of chowder during limited hours or a ten dollar credit redeemable only at dinner. Then add in the hidden 50 bucks a night for parking. 75 bucks in additional daily fees, just be transparent and include them in the original pricing
