Overall not bad, second time I’ve stayed here. Both times have been quick trips for work so it serves the purpose. Lobbying area is a little active and not too organized feeling, staff at front desk helpful, but not very extra mile feeling. A little mechanical feeling. Breakfast and other food & beverage amenities leave a little to be desired. Rooms are nice though, clean, spacious, nice TV. Overall a solid place if you need 1 maybe 2 nights. Good walkable location in town.

The hotel was lovely. Clean, comfortable with a nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's a little too far to walk to the T metro so used Ubers everyday to get to Boston. There were 3 of us so it was easier to do that than Uber to the T metro station then use the metro. But the hotel was really nice and worth the stay. Would definitely recommend it.

The Hotel was clean and conveniently located near TD Garden Boston area via a quick 10 min drive. However, some staff members displayed poor customer service which overshadowed the charm and walkability of the area. The front desk attendant, caused me to miss an activity planned as she failed to look at the 3rd party website used to book my stay. It took 2 hrs for me to get checked in and the issue was only resolved due to the mid shift front desk swap person who took over later in the afternoon. In addition to the check in issue and to my surprise and disappointment, the Hotel then recharged me for the stay booked and paid in full a month prior, upon check out. I will not be returning to this location again.

Travelled with family mainly for a bucket list trip to Fenway Park. Perfect location if you are open to using MBTA transit, which is TOTALLY worth it. Get yourself a CharlieCard, put some $ on it and you can get everywhere on MBTA (historic sites, museums, Fenway, etc.), you just need to plan a bit. Hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Medford/Tufts station which has plenty of parking ($20 all day). One of the elevators was in and out of service, and the pool floor could use a re-do, but nothing disrupted us at all. Front desk and housekeeping staff were great, rooms are very spacious, great spread for breakfast. Also Medford has plenty to do itself if not heading to the city. A+!
