Only downside was the elevators , for a 8 floor building having only one elevator working on a busy Sunday morning was really inconvenient causing us to wait for almost 20-25 min for elevator and as carrying a stroller there was no choice :(

Liked the location though. Close to Boston. Rooms were clean but our room was not in complete working order nor did it contain items such as luggage rack or place to store clothing. The room was way more than I needed, a full kitchen, a lamp that didn’t work and a TV hard mounted to the wall neither pointing at the bed or the couch. The cost was high yet they added $15 a day to park in their lot. Adjacent to an interstate, there was a constant hum. The breakfast and the staff were fine.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 10 days, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, and our room was comfortable, well-maintained, and inviting. We also really enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet, which offered a great start to each day. The swimming pool and gym were easily accessible and kept clean throughout our stay. However, one of the elevators was out of service, which resulted in longer wait times and some inconvenience, especially since our room was on one of the upper floors. We also noticed that several ice machines on different floors were not working. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities the hotel provided. We look forward to staying with you again the next time we visit the city.

Our flight out of Logan was cancelled until the next day. Our flight was at 0900. I immediately got on Expedia and was looking for a hotel, I chose the Hyatt in Medford because we are familiar with the area. I booked it online and called the Hyatt and asked if by chance we could get in earlier than 4 pm, the gentleman at the front desk said when you get here we can see if anything is available. We got there a little after 12 noon and we were allowed to check in about an hour later. That saved us, as we were exhausted from traveling and frustrated with the airlines! Kudos to your staff!!
