He was highly attentive, provided great communication, and appropriate solutions to challenges that arose during my stay. Hotel is in the best location! We could walk everywhere from here. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. If I had to make 1 suggestion it would be to offer complimentary coffee in the lobby. Most hotels (that are not even as nice) offer this amenity and I was surprised there was only tea and hot chocolate. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved staying here. We got stuck in the blizzard and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. We were able to eat at the restaurant, get coffees from the cafe and snacks.
