Best part of the hotel is its location on the North End within walking distance of the TD Center. Facility itself is cramped, outdated and in need of a refit. The room was very pricey and extremely small with tiny upper windows looking at an air shaft. The staff were wonderful and took care of any needs we had. Valet parking is on the high side as well as the hotel has no lot of its own.

Our experience was great! The only minor issue was that the portable A/C unit in our room was a bit loud. Other than that, everything was excellent. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is very important to me and my family. The parking is valet-only, but that is understandable since it can be difficult to find street parking nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to others.
