Everything about this hotel (except for the valet parking and the stupid "resort fee" which I absolutely detest) makes it my new favorite place in Boston. Location, housekeeping, bed and linens, amazing shower with controls in the right place, aromatherapy-worthy amenities, blackout shades that actually work, great restaurant breakfast, helpful and friendly front desk staff, gorgeous public spaces, new gym, everything great.

Great hotel in the Back bay. Nearby parks, close to transportation options, including Amtrak station. Restaurants and shops within walking distance.
