Hi Youfa,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are a 3-star hotel with limited amenities and so we try our best to advertise ourselves that way and price our rooms accordingly. It also looks like you stayed in our Mini Queen room which is the smaller of our two room styles. If you stay with us again, I suggest booking our Standard Queen as it is a larger room. As for the dining, we don't have a restaurant in the hotel but there is a Caffe Nero directly next door and a ton of wonderful restaurants within short walking distance. If the lack of restaurant in the hotel is a deal-breaker, we also have a sister property down the street called Porter Square Hotel which has a French bistro & wine bar in the lobby. We hope to see you again at either of our hotels the next time you are in Cambridge!

Definitely smaller rooms than most hotels, but that was perfect for us. RIGHT across the street from Porter station, excellent valet service. 1868 is perfect for a quick night away!

This place is very cozy and clean. The renovation is pretty new. It is close to Harvard campus, you can walk or take the subway to your destination. The room is relatively small but is big enough for two ppl. The price is very reasonable compare to other hotels near the area.
