This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect. We had a suite. The breakfast was excellent. So much variety and healthy options. The coffee was the best coffee I ever had. The front staff were very helpful and so friendly. The only downfall we had was our room never did get housekeeping for our 3 night stay. Although they did provide us with clean towels and facecloths. We would def stay here again.

Off of a very busy street, but it was easier to access than expected. Property was very clean and up to date -- our room was wonderful. We were next to the elevator because the property was full, but because there are separate doors between bedroom/bath/living area, we heard nothing at all over night. Great size of room and above average breakfast for this type of hotel -- thank you to the night shift receptionist who gave us good information for getting to the airport and where to fill our car the next morning.

It’s a good stay for economical travelers. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. They have free breakfast. We’re from Texas so when we arrive and saw the AC was not working we got a little scared. But turned out we didn’t even needed it. It gets cold at night.

The staff was super helpful as I had an extremely late check-in. After calling multiple times because I was afraid that they would give up my room, I still had a bed to check into and my very late arrival. I stayed on the third floor it smelled a vomit and baby diapers as I got off the elevator. Upon arrival to my room, the ceiling fan above the bed is full of about 5 years dust and there are coffee stains or some sort of stains on the wall, also, the bathtub floor feels very soft. Otherwise the room is clean. The carpet on that particular floor is extra disgusting compared to the first floor which is immaculate. I did not require any other attention during my stay. I'm grateful for its close proximity to Salem during the Halloween happenings. I do wish my room was a little bit cleaner for the money that I spent.

My stay here started off terrible traveled all the way from East Hartford CT wi5h my grandkids to get to a hotel under construction and worse NO POOL staff at front desk she was awesome wish I remembered her name she found many pool alternatives for me but was just heartbreaking for my grandkids that they had no pool and I had chatted with an agent prior to leaving to my stay and was notified that pool was working

Staff and our room were amazing. For our long week vacation it was just what we needed to unwind from our travels feeling like home with the room setup. There is some construction going but as you check in the receptionist lets you know alternate for the closed pool. Will definitely stay again for our next trip.
