This is the perfect spot for a quick stay or for solo travel. The bed is extremely comfy, and the check-in process is really simple! The documents provided after you book your stay also provide step by step instructions for entering the place, which was super helpful.

the environment felt safe and it was a great location, however, it did not smell great. it felt like there was some sort of spray trying to mask a dirty smell. if you stay here, i would encourage bringing your own blankets, towels, and maybe a pillow. the price was great, but be aware of the smell.

The place was clean, convenient, and easy to find. I had not received the check in codes from Expedia on the day of check in. When I called the property staff, they were extremely helpful and promptly sent me the information that I needed to check in.

Very clean place, comfortable beds, and a great location. The quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM felt a little too strict, especially since I needed to get ready for work before 7 AM and couldn’t even blow-dry my hair. It made me feel a little micromanaged. Overall, though, I slept very well in a very, very clean room and appreciated having coffee in the morning. The included breakfast was also a nice plus. I would recommend staying here.

Very clean, very clear instructions. The bit of breakfast offered was nice, especially when arriving late the night before. Bathrooms were clean and appropriate the instructions. Would definitely stay again.

I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately.

Room was acceptable. Lots of extensive rules and guidelines you must follow. Signage in the bathroom for shower controls that were not even in the shower. Main sticking point with this stay was the owner / management. Boston experienced a large nor’easter that arrived a day after my stay began. Due to the storm and the many cancellations of flights and events planned I was forced to leave after one night. Management refused any refund for the remaining 3 night stay that was booked and paid for. I asked for something, not my entire remaining stay. No compassion or understanding. Typical greedy, shady, sleazy “landlord” type behavior you would expect from some mediocre room renter. If you plan on visiting Boston, spring for a bit more of a reputable lodging experience. Thumbs down 👎. Lesson learned on my end.

Several annoyances notwithstanding, this was a good option for me when I missed my flight out of Logan; it took the better part of an hour to get there from the airport by public transit. The listing made reference to there being no after hours access and upon further research, the latest check-in time was stated as 11PM. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get in if I arrived late and only got there at ~10:50PM; there was no street address on the building and the instructions did not make it clear that entry was through the front door. Upon circling the property, I spotted the key entry system and made my way inside, where I found it uncomfortably hot; as it turned out, I apparently was the first guest to arrive, and after walking to the shared bathroom, motion detectors registered my presence and turned on the AC. Other guests showed up after midnight, but they did not disturb me. I was reasonably comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked. There was cereal and milk for breakfast. All in all, a good stay, though the communication about the property definitely could stand improvement, since no staff is on-site.

Cons: The issues began as soon as we arrived. Another couple stood outside with blank expressions, just as confused as we were. After several attempts someone finally picked up our call— to repeatedly say they had sent “several” app‑based messages, later they sent a whatsapp message with detials. As travelers, it’s unrealistic to expect visitors to download multiple apps, have stable network access, read instructions, and then open doors using codes. The other couple also had phone problems after flying in from the Southwest. This homestay relies entirely on cameras, apps, and codes; anyone unfamiliar with that setup will feel completely lost. Pros: The location is close to central Boston, quiet, clean, and includes parking.
