The staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. Our room was not very clean, door did not work well (you had to push into it like a linebacker to open it), terrible shower pressure and there was a mouse turd in my daughters bed. We will not be visiting this hotel the next time we're in that area of Boston.

Went to visit family and stayed here because of proximity. The pool was definitely a bonus! Marielle was exceptionally welcoming. She made sure we were ok. The entire front desk staff was amazing. Room needed minor repairs but overall amazing time. Would stay here again!

Staff were great and accommodating. Out tv didn’t work and requested it to be fixed but no one ever got around to it. Not a big deal but my son liked to watch tv at night. They offered to give me another room, but when I went in the “new” room, the air conditioning didn’t work so we stayed in the original room the remainder of the trip.

I’m assuming ice machine broke on second floor so they just removed it. elevator close to our room was out of order. Bedsheets were dirty, left for the day came back late. I had to go ask for towels and face cloths. Parking was good right out. Front rooms were fairly clean. Staff was fine no breakfast had to go out.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and professional. I rated this place as highly as I did based on the level of Hotel and the value provided. If you’re looking for a luxury stay this is not it but if you’re looking for something really affordable where you are treated well and the place is clean, I highly recommended it.
