Check- in staff was very friendly. Provided an opportunity to become a rewards member which I did. I had reserved a double queen bed room, the room was very clean. It was great to have access to complimentary coffee and bottled water as well as to have shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel available in the bathroom. The Continental buffet offered was plentiful and tasty and offered something for everyone.

The gym was decent had dumbbells from 5 lb all the way up to 40 lbs and a couple of treadmills and some mats to stretch on. The rooms are clean and spacious the beds were comfortable linens clean quiet area and close to everything like the South Bay Dorchester Mall... Good places to eat like the halal guys Applebee's Olive garden Kura sushi and a pizza place and some other restaurants less than 1 minute drive from the hotel literally in back of the hotel you could even walk to these places in about 5 minutes.

staff was amazing worked through a problem i had very quick and really saved me if i knew the guys name i would specifically speak to him but he was one of the front desk people and he was the best not only did he work with me and truly save me he also was very friendly the whole time from when we first walked in till when we were asking for food suggestions late at night very good staff from what i could see room and food wasn’t anything special but were nice and clean overall a good experience just for the one night stay
