TERRIBLE! I have been harassed here. Check in was awful, I paid extra for a king sized bed. They did not have. The next day, the cleaning lady WALKED IN ON ME. That was a terrifying and uncomfortable experience that has never happened to me. She said that her phone does not show who is checking out or now. When I was checking in, I requested a late checkout and the person at the front desk said no problem you can check out at 3pm. The day of check out I was constantly being harassed and my door was being knocked on the whole time. There is no communication between the front desk and cleaning people. These people are poorly trained. The blame is on the managers. They have my number and promised to call me. But they never did.

Worth the stay
We stayed here for a 1 night stay to go shopping at the Burlington Mall and an appointment in Boston. Very convenient off 95 and a quick drive to 93. Close to many conveniences and a 10 minute drive to the Mall. Check in was quick and the front desk was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the decor was dark and outdated. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Would stay again.
