My daughter and I stayed here after attending a concert at the Boston Garden. Our stay was during the very busy weekend of the up and coming Boston Marathon, but it did not impact our service at the hotel what so ever. I had several questions about on-site parking and Uber availability, and all of my questions were answered promptly upon check-in. Our room with 2 queen beds was extremely large - we also appreciated the oversized bathroom. There was no safe in our room. I would stay here again in the future without hesitation.

We booked this hotel because the first experience we had was great. But the second time not so great. I had to call twice to get my complimentary snacks that I had order with the room. Also I think it is ridiculous that they charged me for Parking when I am guest at the hotel. The first time we didn’t pay for parking. I have never heard a hotel charge a guest for parking. It is absurd .
