This is a great property - albeit "modern " and smaller rooms then many under the flag.... the rub for me was the super high parking ... $45 for both vehicles. the food is great and the bar staff was wonderful.

All in all the staff where friendly and helpful. Just one staff memeber i came across who needed to leave her home life at home and u remember she is at a place of j business. Was gonna report her but chose to talk to her but never got the chance. Hope her deportment inproves withe the guest.

Felt comfortable here and convenient to the local neighborhood I wanted. Basically have to valet park here, not many options. Walkable to T and restaurants. Felt safe but I would ask hotel about sketchy areas fairly close to avoid. Gave us a handicapped room with a shower that basically got the entire bathroom wet, that was weird. Had an air purifier that was noisy but worked well to combat the humidity. Great restaurant with nice patio seating right on a green belt, would be very pet friendly.

The staff was amazing! Helpful and accommodating. The server for breakfast remembered my order after 1 day. I mentioned I was there because my father was in the hospital, and every time I took the shuttle after that the driver always asked after my dad. I added my brother to my room when he flew in because our father was scheduled for open heart surgery and they didn’t add any charges for him. My only major inconvenience was that the shuttle only runs Monday-Friday and stops at 6pm. I have mobility issues so even though it was only 0.5 miles to the hospital, that is more than I can walk regularly. I can live with the stop time, but it would have been better if it ran on weekends
