I have the Hilton Gold membership but somehow whenever I stay at Hilton none of the perks seem to apply at the “location”. Maybe I am not picking the right Hilton property. Even late checkout was denied. Comparitively Marriot Gold membership almost always offers Restaurant credit and they are happy to offer late checkout.

Check in/out was easy. Room was a good size and very clean; it had a built in white noise speaker next to the bed that was great (for those of us that can’t sleep without it). Room balcony was overlooking the pool area. Pool/bar area were also well maintained. Would stay here again.

Hostess check in Staff was rude unless you were wearing an airline uniform. Waitstaff was rude at breakfast. Door dash isn’t allowed to deliver to the rooms but half the time the elevators didn’t work . Parking was almost impossible to find.
