The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the Cambridge Harvard Square area. The hotel is conventionally clean, and the staff is conventionally polite. But with the exception of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, neither the room not the common areas of the hotel have nothing to offer: no in room coffee makers, empty refriderator, no restaurant, no breakfast, etc.

The property is in an excellent location, the staff was friendly and efficient. The room itself was fine they even provided chocolates and water not a lot of noise got through the room and everything was well spaced as far as room design . Would definitely recommend if staying in the Harvard area.

We had a great stay at the Harvard Square Hotel. The location is excellent — within walking distance of parks, restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops, and, of course, Harvard University. It’s a perfect spot for exploring the area without needing a car. The hotel offers convenient private parking, which is a great advantage in Cambridge. The rooms have a minimalist design, making the space feel clean, comfortable, and functional. It’s an excellent choice for couples or small families looking for a well-located and practical place to stay while visiting Harvard Square. We would definitely consider staying here again.

In the heart of the Harvard community, I've had two stays and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully put together right down to the little light that pops on in front of your bed so you don't stump your toe in the dark. To work space commons. To walking distance to campus, food and shopping. Wonderful multi-night stays.

The air conditioning wasn't working on a 100+ degree day when we checked in. Their response was some other local hotels were having problems. I called up several nearby hotels and none reported that problem. The AC wasn't fixed until five hours later. On the plus side, if you want a place that's close to Harvard Square, nothing beats this place. The rooms were small, but clean, and had comfortable beds.
