The room was very clean. The location is ideal for being in a place outside of Boston. It is located in a very quiet and good to perfect neighborhood. Ideal for out of state drivers to drive on simple to follow routes to Boston and to Gillette Stadium. If you follow the Google Maps, you can save the sweat of traveling the most congested routes to the stadium.

We appreciated that our room in this hotel (which seemed to have been recently renovated), was very clean and quiet. We also liked that there was no carpeting, contributing to its cleanliness. Check in was easy, and the front desk manager, Heather, was extremely friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

breakfast was the normal set up and was above average coffee was good the rooms are really basic, the best description I can think of is sterile. But everything was clean, the beds are fine with 4 full sized pillows. I didn't notice any outside noise. if you're just looking to sleep and go, the place is fine. But the rooms just don't “invite” you stay more than a night.

The staff were amazing overall, with the exception of the employee who checked us in, Heather. Unfortunately, she did not seem to be in a good mood and was not friendly at all. We had an early flight and arrived early, and she made us feel as though she was upset that we had arrived before the usual check-in time. As soon as her manager came to the front desk, her attitude completely changed. On the other hand, the night manager was an absolute sweetheart, although I unfortunately don’t remember his name. The staff member who helped us at checkout was also very sweet and welcoming. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also loved the breakfast hours, especially that breakfast was available until 10:00 AM. Another thing I really appreciated was the security after hours. Guests cannot enter the hotel without a key, which made us feel much safer and more secure. Overall, we had a great stay and really appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, breakfast hours, and security. Aside from the check-in experience with Heather, the staff were wonderful and made our stay enjoyable.

This was one of the least maintained Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Breakfast was good. Parking lot had cars blocking center with people smoking weed and dancing, not great for kids to witness. And the hotel staff would not allow guests to change the television channel to something our group was interested in watching. The one lady working behind the counter insisted she was going to watch what she wanted to.
