This hotel is definitely in need of a facelift. The snags in the carpet, wallpaper lifting at the seams, better shower, and a better selection of breakfast options (including coffee quality) are in need of serious improvement

Wasn’t a big fan of the breakfast options. The service and cleanliness were great! Rooms were very spacious, but the bathroom sink kept getting clogged. Overall, I would definitely recommend, or stay again if needed.

Overall great experience. Easy check in and check out. Staff was great and breakfast was good as well. The only downfall was being next to hospital which all night you hear sirens from ambulance and police but it’s something which is out of their control.

I liked having to use the keycard to use the elevator, lobby bathrooms and for additional amenities. I also liked having security present and the Public Safety personnel monitoring the garage. The breakfast bar was good and the next door restaurant was delicious and convenient. I’d highly recommend them. Lastly, the room we stayed in could use some updating.
