      I liked the excellent customer service provided by Libby and Nick at the front desk. They were outstanding. I didn't like that the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle from and to the airport. That wasn't what I saw on the advertisement page when I booked the reservation so to find out that one wasn't offered when I got to the airport was a big letdown and, quite honestly, false advertisement. Had a known that, I would have not booked the reservation. In fact, I witnessed another guest cancelled his reservation at the front desk and going to another hotel that offered shuttle services as soon as he was told shuttle services weren't available at your location but there were other hotels nearby that provided this service. Even though, Nick and Libby at the front desk provided an outstanding customer service, the lack of shuttle services make it so is very unlikely that I would stay there again and refer it to friends and family.       The customer service rep that had just started his shift was extremely rude! “take it or leave it my man” were his exact words! I seek out Hampton inns when I travel weekly and would absolutely not return to this facility!
