Great location with amazing views of the skyline. Close access to the T. Plenty of storage available in the bathroom and kitchen. Found food and a hair on dishes that we hadn't used yet. When I arrived to check-in during normal hours, I ended up waiting for 15 minutes for front desk personnel to return to their post (they were on lunch?) and check me in.

I want to give a fair assessment. Check-in was an hour debacle. And the kid told us we could park on the street when I paid for parking because he couldn't get in the box or find a pass for me. I said absolutely not. That was 2 hr parking and I didn't want to be towed in Boston and neither do you . After several hours he found the pass. The room was nice but the sleeper couch was very uncomfortable. The fitted sheet did not fitcthat mattress and there was no extra blankets. The washer was having issues rinsing and I had to do a since and spin cycle to get the cloths rinsed and dry. Coffee was sparse, creamer, sugar. There wasn't enough for 2 adults. We enjoyed the stay but see the value in a legit hotel. The pool was not heated, dirty and the water was low (sensor said that). Nobody did anything to fix that. Otherwise the property is nice and most people live there. That's our experience.

I don’t know why this place has gotten some bad reviews. This was a great stay. Clean, safe, very convenient. It’s right across the street from the ferry that takes you across the harbor to long wharf or seaport district. And also a close walk to the subway. The apartment itself was beautiful. Loved it. The indoor pool was great especially for the couple of rainy days we had during our visit. Such a great stay!

Wonderful place to stay!

It was a great place to stay! So close to lots of delicious restaurants, beautiful waterfront walk, and the Maverick Station…and only one stop away from the airport. The concierge was very friendly and helpful and there was a great specialty food shop right next door. I will stay there again the next time I am in Boston!

Property offers a wide range of amenities. The location is an A - with absolutely beautiful views, easy access to public transport on the subway and/or water taxi. The room has everything that you need, clean, modern, and comfortable. Safe area with many restaurants within walking distance and/or a quick subway stop away to the center of downtown Boston where options are endless!

The room is clean and the furniture is pretty, but since it's part of an apartment complex, you don't have immediate help with extra sheets or heater support; so first two days out 4, we had to deal with the cold of the room. Third and 4th, since we had called for help, they did left the extra sheets and fixed the thermostat.

When booking, we didn't know this was an apartment or that there were specific cleaning requirements. I expected a vacation, not a chore list. It took an hour to check-in because the concierge who had our apartment key was "on break" and calling around didn't help. We sat in the lobby like a family of vagrants with our luggage. The bedframe was broken. The washer machine, which would have been a nice touch, broke part way through a cycle. The trash bag (singular, they only provided one) was thin and leaked. The wifi router had a fan in it that sounded like a jet engine at night, toggling between loud and extremely loud. The curtains were NOT blackout and the sun shines directly onto the bed at 7 am. The only redeeming qualities was it was a 200 yard walk to the train station and the bed was comfortable. Would not recommend.

This was the perfect stay for what we needed. It was what we expected. The pictures are very accurate. Highly recommend the garage parking. Easy access to room from garage. The T is super close which makes travel around the city super convenient. Would stay at the same location again but would try to request a room with a view of the harbor/city.

Wonderful stay!

It was a wonderful stay! room is clean and spaceous. I was just surprised on the setting, it was more of like an apartment than a hotel. Google took me to a different entrance and not the actual one. Parking can be hard so better book in advance. Overall I liked the stay, Adding extra standing mirror would be nice! But everything is wonderful! I would definitely book again!

Amazing location right by the water, quiet building and clean. But the furniture is really uncomfortable, particularly the couch which is the only seating, it’s a pull out bed so the entire sofa sinks in low. The bed isn’t solid and easily slides off the frame just by sitting on it. We also had a delivery order stolen from the front desk area.

Buy the parking in advance if you need it. They offer earlier check-in for a price too. Extremely beautiful area. Lost my key, luckily someone works there until 12am and Avis from customer service and Brandon at the front were amazing and helped us get back in our room after a concert. Worth the stay, just follow-up with what you need.

Needs better communication when it comes to payments and parking… was not aware for an additional $500 charge from the $984 I paid when booking, wasn’t aware that a parking permit was needed or I would be towed, wasn’t aware I had to CALL the company for extra towels for the stay and not able to get them delivered the next day. Other than that staff there were great and very helpful

There were a few places to eat near the pier the view of the city was amazing and the tall boat was great for food,dancing and drinking however the vibe is younger college kids. I did enjoy the few places we visited to eat. The parking was horrible, We received no directions and it took us an hour to find someone to check in… I was left with two keys and no directions. I managed and once the sun came up an employee at the front desk named Craig was very helpful. The bed was so uncomfortable I would recommend getting a new more comfortable mattress for the amount we paid. All in all we made the best of it and everything else was okay. Lastly no TV directions I had to purchase Netflix on my own. This was not the best stay provided by Expedia. I was disappointed.

This is an entire apartment near the airport. There is public transportation nearby. The apartment was nice and clean. The front desk is not always there. There are several building and several entrances which make it a little confusing. Was dropped off at one side entrance, walked to the front, then the front desk person walked me to another building into the back entrance. But when I left I left out of the front entrance. So yeah, that was very confusing. Otherwise my stay was pleasant

The location was great. The property was clean. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. However, they did not provide enough towels and toilet paper (bring your own). Also, kitchen supplies were minimal. They gave us coffee, but no filters. If you want to park on site, set that up with your booking. It was a pain to add it afterwards. Some reception staff were not helpful at all. Overall, it was a good place to stay and a good value. But, bring some essentials, if you don't want to buy them there.
