Good location for exploring Boston. We never managed to get the main TV to work, but not a major issue as not in to watch it! No view as the windows were about 5ft off the ground

Nice unit with the unique benefit of multiple bedrooms and separate sleeping areas for a family of 4. However, the AC was not working in our unit. We tried contacting the host several different ways: phone, email, and via Expedia message, and never received a reply. Nothing. Communication is essential to hospitality and they failed completely. The situation wound up being bearable due to unusually temperate weather for mid August but the host was no help fixing or even acknowledging the problem.

Typical Apart-Hotel, simple access and decent amenities, The units bathroom size can vary, nice little welcome package with dishsoap, paper towels, pack of laundry soap etc. The Front desk manager was amazing and very helpful. The included K-cups could be better. For being in a building with some kind of Verizon association the WiFi was pretty slow, I ended up using hot-spot.. Overall the price was the same as a small hotel room nearby so you do do the math .... tiny hotel room or 1 Bd. apartment. Would stay here again

The area around the property was excellent. It felt very safe and quiet, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Everything was walkable, which made the stay very convenient. Parking was easy, and transportation access was great. Overall, a great location and an enjoyable stay.

It was literally like having an apartment in the City of Boston. The building is secure. The reception area workers are extremely friendly, welcoming and courteous. The apartment is fully furnished with great amenities and very clean. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area.
