Budget friendly hotel in a great location, walking distance to many central attractions, subway stations, and neighborhoods. Front desk was very welcoming and friendly for the most part, but was unable to accommodate a request to refill body lotion toiletry dispenser when asked. Queen size room was cozy and basic, but with a view of a wall. You get what you pay for. Good for a place to sleep and relax after a long day of sightseeing or if wanting a central downtown location close to everything.

The room was clean, newer bathroom, but the two windows did not have any view, just brick walls of the building next door. Glad we only stayed there for 2 nights. I did not like the coffee. The location was great though. Close to Boston Commons, 5 min walk. The staff were very nice.

Excellent location, very close to the Common/Freedom Trail. Not a good value. Room was very bare bones (no clock, no end table by the bed, no fridge, coffee maker, etc). Poor maintenance ( light burnt out over bathroom sink, toilet paper holder broken). I waited over a half hour to be checked in after 3pm. The coffee maker in the lobby is exceptional but I would not stay again.

Very convenient location for people going to Downtown and China town areas. Small but clean rooms and the bathroom. It is an very good choice if you need a room only for staying overnight. Other than coffee and tea, there are no other amenities. There is no place to have a chat with visitors etc.
