We called twice and they didn't realize we had a reservation. Had to call a third time. This required us to scramble a bit to try to find a room for the night, only to call again and then they found our reservation. Bathroom trash still left from last occupant. Bathroom soap also used from last occupant.

The breakfast started at 7 am, my event started at 9 am and therefore I wish breakfast started at 6am. The hallways were very loud, there was other guests running and screaming in the hallways until around 10 pm, it’s not the hotels fault but it was very uncomfortable. There was also a surprise $10 parking fee, to leave my car in a ungaraged parking spot.

The hotel is very well appointed and well maintained. Its appearance is slightly offputting and the entrance is not easy to find. It is very close to the motorway so you can hear the traffic noise on one side of the hotel.
