The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful. Common area in lobby were nice. The bathroom in our room was a mess - the toilet seat almost fell off, the toilet paper holder almost fell of the wall, and the bathroom door would not close due to the door hinges being loose. Further, the closet was - literally - eight inches wide and not very deep - and it had an ironing board in it. VERY poor design.

Property was clean.The staff was very helpful.The only drawback is if you stay in a room on the side of the building closest to the T, you will be subject to a lot of noise at night when you are trying to sleep. (We were in room 319) Luckily for me, I had downloaded a white noise app. I could still hear the trains even over the volume of my white noise, but it was not as horrible.

Our room was clean when we arrived, but housekeeping didn't clean while we were out sightseeing the whole day. We had to ask for towels. The breakfast was good with a nice variety and well maintained. We asked the man at the front desk for someplace nearby to get food since we arrived around 7pm. He said he didn't know of anywhere close, but offered a phone number to order a pizza for delivery. That was a bust as they didn't answer the phone and when we tried to order online, they didn't deliver to the hotel. Fortunately, we were only there for 3 nights and we didn't let it spoil our trip.

Room was clean and staff very pleasant and welcoming. The lavender showering and hair care smelled so good. We loved the parking on site. The breakfast was good. The only thing I would include at breakfast was muffins (corn, blueberry, cranberry,...)- I was in the mood for a muffin that morning but had to settle for a bagel--which was probably healthier for me anyway. I would stay there again.

The accommodations were OK. The bed was good. The neighborhood is nothing to write home about… But… b forwarned at the hotel is right next to The Green Line T. So you hear the train going by every three minutes. If that’s OK with you then get a room here. For me, it’s a dealbreaker. I shall not be returning.
