Our room was missing a drawer in the bathroom vanity, had a faulty bathroom fan, a window that did not open, and had not been properly cleaned before our visit (toe or finger nails and other debris was present on the floor). Moreover, the breakfast offering was essentially non-existent as we were informed the hotel had run out of supplies to make it available. I will say the hotel is in a quiet area and the staff are pleasant enough, but we won't be visiting again.

Went to use the room key, when it didn’t work we turned to go back down the hall to the elevator and a mouse was sitting in the hall then scurried under another room’s door. Handed my key, canceled the room and drove home five hours away! Absolutely was not staying there!

My room was kind of dirty when I checked in - countertops in kitchen and bathroom had dried on substances, the floor in kitchen area was sticky, inside kitchen cabinets had what looked like leftover crumbs and debris from the last guest. The staff was very helpful, and friendly, but this location seemed pretty short staffed. Consistently long waits at the front desk while staff was attending to other tasks and / or issues. Overall I’d rate at 3.5 stars.
