The room was all broken and nothing was working … tv …hair conditioner… . The smell in the hotel was disgusting and the trash container was outside the elevator and full of garbage!

I do not recommend. The room is stale and outdated. Heating/cooling system is inefficient. Bed sheets were itchy and unclean. There’s no way anyone could sleep in that—for fear of Potential bed bugs had to leave in the middle of the night. The customer service response wasn’t any better. They don’t care and will not refund you your money offering instead to give you another room. When you express that bed bugs are not a risk you want to take, they will respond that’s your choice.
Do yourself a favor and don’t stay in this establishment.

My stay was for only one night before an upcoming early medical appointment. The 1st room I was given smelled like stale cigarettes. Staff was hesitant to give me another room and, instead, offered me a can of air freshener. When I insisted on another room, I was given one with stained carpeting and furniture.

Bad smell in hallways from people cooking in their units.
Carpets soiled, stained
Hair dryer unsafe to use/sparks/burning smell
Toilet slow to flush
Limited coffee service/no creamer
This property is overused and shabby
Cleanliness good/desk manager helpful in spite of above
