mandatory valet parking was a pain even though the staff running it were efficient and friendly. There needs to be a self-park option.
We will recommend the hotel for being excellent for night before St patricks day as it is walking distance to the parade.
We enjoyed the breakfast smoothie and open concept eating area.
Eco theme was appreciated. I just wish it was the norm at hotels and not a trendy theme. Keep it up.

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was good, and quiet. Everything was fine, except there was no parking available at all, even at $54 per day. They were “full”. Which is unacceptable. I had to park at the Omni several blocks away and way overtip the parking valet to get my car parked there, because the Omni normally doesn’t allow parking there unless you have a room there.

For the inconvenience we will credit your Marriott Bonvoy account 10,000 pts. We do offer the option to valet park for 54 per night but it is based upon availability due to us being a convention center hotel. This is posted on our website. Great breakfast... and a lettuce/herb garden, in the lobbby... they grow for you to eat! FUN! Great location, literally across the street from the convention center.
