Great hotel for a great price! Close enough to everything downtown and they offer a shuttle service to near by hot spots and the airport which was a huge bonus! Staff were quick and helpful! Nice hotel, you can tell it’s clean just by walking in. Rooms smelled great & staff were great- absolutely no complaints. Great stay at DoubleTree Boston Bayside. The shuttle from BOS had a short wait and was nice and warm. We were welcomed with cookies on arrival, and the room and bathroom were very clean. No issues at all, and the shuttle back to the airport was easy to arrange.

We really liked this hotel and will stay here when we visit again. The hotel is clean, updated and in a safe location. Walking distance to the JFK train and to the Old Harbour Waterfront Park. Breakfast was a little confusing, it is NOT a buffet as stated on the Expedia site. It is a small restaurant/Starbucks. We used the airport shuttle, which was on time, fast and the driver was friendly. I was very glad we did not have a car, as parking is $27 a night. I’d like to give special recognition to Fransisco, the front desk attendant. He was very attentive, consistently checking in with us to see how our visit was going. Additionally, he went out of their way to suggest a variety of activities around the city, even checking online for price and availability. His kindness did not go unnoticed.
