I stayed in the Verve in Natick MA from October 1 -October 3. This is the first time I have traveled during COVID, stayed there a bunch of times when it was the Crowne Plaza but not the first time I stayed there as it being a Hilton. When I book, I look on the site or Expedia and go with whatever is cheaper. Now during COVID, it is a scary time to travel and extremely disappointed in my experience and feel I have to escalate this. Upon check in, I was given a room on the first floor. I have never been on the ground level but I am not picky so I accepted the room, it was a handicap room and I wasn’t told that but again, stayed in the room. The remote control was sealed in plastic etc and the room had a note from the CEO of all the steps being taken which I was happy to read. I also called before booking and was told the gym was open. I didn’t ask about the restaurants as online it shows them as open. Now the first day I tried to go to the gym, I was told it was reservation only. I was disappointed I wasn’t told that ahead of time as I would have made one but fine, I understood. I tried to shower and the water spills out since it’s set up for wheel chair access, no hot water just lukewarm from the shower head, and I decided to switch rooms. Never in my life did I have to switch a room I may add as again, I am not picky but I didn’t want to shower in the room for the next day. When I go to the front desk, I cannot find anyone – I had to go into the office area to

There’s a lot going on in terms of decorations but otherwise the rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable.
